ABC American Behavioral Treatment Center is a start up Community based organization, with its office located in City of Ventura. Our organization consists of a committed group of professionals who are dedicated to promoting behavioral, mental, emotional and social well being of children ages 2 through 18. The BCBA will work with these children who have significant behavioral, social, daily living, and communication needs.

We currently have Full-time positions available for **BCBA** position available in **Ventura. **The positions can be filled by on site supervisors or remotely.

**Responsibilities (**include but not limited):

- Oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to children with autism in home and school setting
- Develop Treatment Programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Work with families and provide one on one parent education
- Progress Report Writing and case management
- Attend monthly Clinical meetings

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Communication Disorders, Education or related field
- Minimum of 6 months experience in working as a Clinical Supervisor
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must pass TB test
- Must pass criminal background check
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
