**Only work 14 days per month**

**Shift (12hr)**:

- Rotating Schedule**:4pm-4am or 4am-4pm** 3-4 days per week, Friday
- Sunday off every other week

We are seeking qualified Production Team Members to join our team.

**$1,500 Sign-on Bonus**
- $500 at 3 months
- $1,000 at 6 months

**Position Summary**:

- Assist in all production and manufacturing needs. Produce, process and develop high quality custom color concentrates in accordance with UC standards and customer specifications.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Complete training as appropriate in all pertinent areas of production including Mixing, Extrusion Machine Operator, Molding, Packaging.
- Responsible for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and procedures.
- Follow UC Quality System-approved work instructions and procedures and help improve these as needed.

**Preferred Experience, Training, and Skills**:

- Knowledge of all manufacturing operations and procedures.
- Must pass color test and math test.
- Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand/walk up to 11 hours during the day.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on any particular day.
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times on any particular day.
- **Preferred Education**: High School Diploma or GED.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
