**Constantly**:(Exists 75% or more of the time) Lifting and carrying 0-5 lbs.; repetitive standing, walking, stooping.

**Frequently**:(Exists 25-75% of the time) Standing; sitting with back support; walking; reaching (overhead, forward, later, low); stooping (bend at waist); crouching (bend at knees); lifting and carrying 5 - 10 lbs.; pushing and pulling 0-100 lbs. (help is available 15-100 lbs.).

**Occasionally**:(Exists 5- 25% of the time) Sitting without back support; twisting; lifting and carrying 10-75 lbs. (help is available 25-75 lbs.); pushing and pulling > 100 lbs.

**Rarely**:(Exists under 5% of the time) Climbing; balance; lifting and carrying 75
- 100 lbs. ((help is available); exposure to vibration, chemical hazards, infect. hazards, moving machinery, slippery surfaces, fumes.
