**Job requirements**:

- Managing daily improvements through teaching of lean tools
- Focus on developing and maintaining processes for improved and sustained results.
- Create Cultural foundation of 5S, Standard Work
- Promote and participate in HHT Kaizen and Business Process Improvement program to foster an environment of collaboration and engagement.
- Build/Develop talent in manufacturing to support rings of defense and promotions from within
- Teach and Demonstrate use of Problem-Solving tools to drive Root Cause corrective action and limit variation in processes. Target quality improvements, downtime reduction, line balancing and ergonomic improvement.
- Use good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Maintain discipline to layered auditing to maintain process improvements and process discipline.
