Home Safety Assessor

This position will play an important part in establishing and growing our sales by being key person for our Home Survey Assessments (HSA) department.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
This role is responsible for taking company leads from multiple sources and cultivating them into appointments for assessments. Once assessments are completed, the data collected is used to generate specific, qualified leads. Those leads will either be contacted to generate work orders or handed off to specialty departments for follow-up. A listing of duties includes:
- Field leads sent from new account sales, website and other internal sources briefed on HSA program and showing interest in scheduling an appointment.
- Connect with targeted leads with existing appointments for service and explain HSA program to generate interest in scheduling add-on appointment.
- Schedule appointment for hired assessor in online system and communicate necessary data for appointment.
- Once onsite, perform an HSA as outlined in process and procedures manual capturing relevant data, photos, and readings whilst engaging customer with leading questions as to their home’s performance and occupants’ comfortability during all seasons.
- Within one business day, compile data collected and any recommendations utilizing reporting system.
- Schedule time with homeowner to review findings via virtual meeting or call. Any recommendations whereas Robison performs the service, work to schedule any necessary follow up appointments or transfer relevant data to internal business unit for proposal generation prior to meeting to have for presentation.

- At all times be point of contact and concierge for services from Robison to the homeowner. Ascertain answers to questions as presented.
- Responsible for ensuring HSA reports are imported into customer management system.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
