Our Sales team provides our customers with solutions to their access needs. Our sales processing team is a key component of ensuring a smooth purchasing process for our customers.

**_The job_**

Our Sales Coordinators are at the heart of our sales department. In this position, the Sales Coordinator manages post-sale order processing and communication with customers, finance companies, and our internal teams.

We provide our customers with top-notch service, and this team ensures that we give our customers the best experience as they start their relationship with us.

In this position you will assist the Sales Operations Manager with inbound and outbound sales logistics, customer payment, and other internal back-office tasks.

We work with our customers, vendors, finance companies, delivery logistics companies and our internal team to ensure a fast and smooth sales process for our customers.

This position also may include office administrative work as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process inbound customer sales orders with high attention to detail
- Allocate serialized assets to sales orders
- Coordinate financing and payment arrangements with customers
- Ensure sales orders, payments, and other billing records are completed
- Work with internal teams to ensure order is fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers regarding orders and fulfillment timelines
- Organize and maintain customer sales records
- Generate and review month-end reports
- Operate in Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) system to keep sales order status and records up to date
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years working for a high-performing sales team
- 2+ years experience with CRM technology (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc)
- Hands-on experience with an ERP (e.g. Sage, Accounting Seed, SAP, Dynamics, etc)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- A good communicator who is candid, clear, friendly, and comfortable on the phone and with electronic messaging
- Related customer service experience
- Self-directed, with a natural willingness to follow-through until the task is complete
- Competent with office software suites (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google GSuite for Business)
- Associates degree

- Experience in a sales assistant or coordinator role
- Experience working with finance companies
- Basic accounting understanding
- Ability to see the big picture
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or other related field
