- As a Sheetmetal Foreman with S.I. Goldman Company, your essential responsibilities are to:

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of sheetmetal workers, motivating them to achieve high-quality results.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to the team members, ensuring efficient workflow and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop work plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Oversee the fabrication and installation of sheetmetal components, such as ductwork, HVAC systems, and architectural features, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement staff to estimate material requirements, develop material take-offs, and procure sheetmetal materials and supplies.- High school diploma or equivalent and at least five (5) years of sheetmetal experience
- Proven experience as a Sheetmetal Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the sheetmetal industry.
- In-depth knowledge of sheetmetal fabrication techniques, installation procedures, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of International Mechanical Code (IMC) and OSHA safety regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate team members.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
