**Your role**
- Are you a team player who is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients? Do you have strong project management and leadership skills? We are looking for someone like you to:
- originate financing transactions for a cross-divisional team focused on providing financing to family offices, institutional investors, and asset managers on their alternative asset portfolios
- primary assets include private equity, hedge funds, and co-investments
- manage client engagement and deal execution, with support of existing team and resources, from start to finish
- conduct initial risk assessment, pricing and return analysis, negotiation of terms, and follow through to legal documentation and final closing
- engage collaboratively with other deal team members from internal and external legal, credit, due diligence, and capital management
- operate financial models and guide the production of marketing presentations
- collaborate with stakeholders across the UBS Investment Bank, Asset Management and Global Wealth Management

**Your team**
- Based in UBS’ New York office, you will be working within the Global Lending Unit’s Hedge Fund and Private Equity Financing group. This team has a cross-divisional mandate and executes financing transactions for clients of UBS’ Wealth Management and Investment Banking Divisions across a broad range of alternative assets.
