Job Description:
Colleague is currently looking for a Landscape Foreman in the Houston, Area. This would be a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and organizing work schedules for the crew
- Supervising and directing the work of crew members
- Providing training and guidance to crew members
- Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed on site
- Inspecting and maintaining equipment
- Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Managing budgets and expenses for projects
- Monitoring progress and reporting back to management

**Skills**:

- 2 years prior experience as a crew foreman; or previous experience on the landscape install crew.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Positive outlook, ‘can do’ attitude and a team player.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
