**Houseman**

We are looking to hire a houseman to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down events, cleaning rooms, disposing of trash, and assisting with day-to-day maintenance of the club. You should be able to lift 45 pounds and have an eye for detail.

**Houseman Responsibilities**:

- Serve large functions on daily basis and reset the rooms for next day functions.
- Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
- Assist with regular maintenance duties such as painting, vacuuming floors and disposing of trash.
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
- Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
- Perform duties of food and beverage busser when necessary.
- Assisting guests when necessary.
- Drive golf cart to drop-off and pick-up items and/or people
- Properly cleaning upholstered furniture.

**Houseman Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Availability to work weekends.
- Available to work both morning and evening shifts.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Ability to lift at least 45 pounds.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with members and guest.
- Hard worker that is self-motivated and works well with others.

**Preferred Skills**:

- General painting experience
- General electrical experience
- General HVAC experience
- Can read and understand to-do lists and lead groups to finish tasks.
- Experience taking inventory of items and equipment.

**Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour**
