Meseros/ Meseras. Bilingual

Overview:
We are currently seeking Meseros/Meseras to join our team. As a Mesero/Mesera, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a suitable table
- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
- Take customer orders accurately and relay to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas
- Assist in food preparation when needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for order accuracy and cash handling
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with kitchen operations for effective coordination
