Music Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to join our team. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for providing quality music education to students of all ages. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire and nurture the musical talents of our students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging music lessons that align with curriculum standards
- Teach students various music concepts, techniques, and skills
- Provide instruction in playing musical instruments, including piano, guitar, drums, and more
- Lead group music activities and ensembles
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate performances and events
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- NJ Teaching Certification
- Previous experience in teaching music to students of all ages
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance techniques
- Proficiency in playing multiple musical instruments
- Classroom management skills to effectively engage and motivate students
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $62,465.00 per year
