Night Audit Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team overseeing staff at two hotels. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the establishment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify all accounts are in balance
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift and assist with amenities needs
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process financial transactions including posting charges to guest accounts
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations for management
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Create and Manage the work schedule for your Team
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in night audit, guest relations, or hospitality management preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations, customer service principles, and guest services
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems (ONQ + PEP a PLUS)
- Multilingual skills are a plus
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
