**Mail Room Associate (Part-time or Full-time)**

The **Mail Room Associate** is the first processor for all incoming mail. This position requires you to work both independently and as a team, while maintaining productivity and quality. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available during the hours of 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday. (Example shifts: 9 AM - 1 PM; 1 PM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM.) This role is performed** fully in person **in our Glen Mills, PA office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sort and process incoming mail.
- Remove mail contents from envelopes.
- Count and organize mailing contents.
- Review scanned data images for accuracy.
- Enter data from scanned images.

**Position Requirements**:

- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Typing, Computing and Data entry skills.
- Type 50 wpm or better.
- Lift and carry as heavy as 40 pounds.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Use repeated hand, finger, and wrist motions.
- Must have Reliable transportation. This position is fully onsite in our Glen Mills, PA office.

**Pay**:
$14 - 16 / hour starting. Opportunities for quick advancement based on performance.
