Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to deploy content to Sonny's Paystation and digital menu boards Create, and assign Skus via software and back office.
- Communicate regularly with Java developers.
- Document and escalate trending issues.
- Explain issues via ticketing system to Java developer and design coordinator.
- Gather critical information from clients and relay to Java Developer.
- Serving as a liaison between client, technical teams and java developer.
- Work with design coordinators to assist client with understanding design, and page flow.
- Communicate with designers to ensure clients request are fully executed.
- Inhouse page testing prior to deployment.
- Coordinate with onsite technician to deploy and update paystation.
- Communicate effectively with onsite technicians when issues arise.
- Document and modify procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
- Discuss required changes and thoroughly document necessary changes for designers.
- Troubleshoot page flows if necessary.
- Provide resolution and response in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assign tasks and projects to internal team members.
- Manage the project schedule and ensure all projects and design are on time and executed.
- Communicate schedule changes to Clients, and internal team members.
- Document progress on new and existing projects into internal tracking systems.
- Work with internal teams to collect design documentation from Clients and Distributors.
- Provide end-user training on system functions.
- Other duties as required with change in business.
- Help our clients to receive a WOW experience as they interact with someone who can be both an active listener, communicator and help clients discover the best solution.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Basic math and reading skills required.
- Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
- POS Experience preferred.
