As a Program Analyst for UCLA Development’s Prospect Management team, your data management and reporting expertise will make an impact in the work we do and provide purpose in the work you do. Your analytical abilities, dedication to providing accurate, insightful and importation information about our prospects will be instrumental in expanding our outreach and supporting the success of our Prospect Management systems and efforts. UCLA Development’s acclaimed fundraising operations are built on a strong foundation of the research and resources we are able to offer our development officers. This role is an opportunity to be part of the team that manages and provides this critical data.

**Salary & Compensation**
- UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common. **Qualifications**
- Minimum of three years demonstrated experience in development or closely related field such as non-profit administration, sales, marketing or business with knowledge of data management, systems, practices and standards. (required)
- Experience with a donor or similar constituent relationship management/database system. (required)
- Experience with Tableau data visualization reporting. (preferred)
- Ability to provide strategy, management and optimization of data. (required)
- Able to think critically and strategically, analyze and appropriately represent information in abstract and simple terms, models, summaries. (required)
- Ability to keep abreast of industry trends and technologies. (required)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of donor and other departmental information. (required)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to monitor project work flow from commencement to completion and follow-through on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines under mínimal supervision. (required)
- Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. (required)
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse variety of individuals, including unit leads and staff, to direct their efforts toward agreed-upon goals and objectives. (required)

**Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations**
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
