**Property Maintenance**:Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
Regularly inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
Manage relationships with contractors, maintenance staff, and other service providers.

**Financial Management**:Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring expenses are within budgetary constraints.
Collect and document rent payments, late fees, and other charges.
Prepare and deliver financial reports to property owners, detailing income and expenses.
Manage property expenses efficiently to maximize profits for property owners.

**Legal and Regulatory Compliance**:Stay updated on local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
Ensure properties comply with housing regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
Handle legal issues related to property management, including evictions and lease violations.

**Marketing and Occupancy**:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Advertise vacant properties, conduct property showings, and negotiate leases.
Maintain high occupancy rates by ensuring properties are well-maintained and attractive to potential tenants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in property management or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Working Conditions**:Property managers typically work in an office environment but also spend time visiting properties, conducting inspections, and meeting with tenants and contractors. They may need to work evenings or weekends to address emergencies or attend to tenant needs.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
