Position Overview:
As part of the talented Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for helping drive an exceptional learning experience for our users by managing and enhancing the Learning Management System (LMS). In partnership with the learning content development team, the LMS Administrator will execute an industry-leading learning strategy by providing a user-centric system experience. This includes course configuration and management, daily administrative maintenance, resolution of technical issues, reporting, and managing vendor and internal partner relationships. The LMS Administrator will lead the technical LMS strategy including aligning the system with user needs, mapping business requirements to system functionality, driving technical requirements for integrations and customizations, and overseeing system maintenance and upgrades.

Essential Functions:

- LMS administrative management in the SAP SuccessFactors LMS system.
- Provide support and resolution on LMS system and technical issues.
- Manage a technical strategy to enhance and improve the LMS user experience.
- Identify and execute process, experience, and quality improvements in the LMS system.
- Support the content development team with the implementation and maintenance of courses, exams, and training materials by configuring the LMS system to meet curriculum requirements, globalization needs, and a positive user experience.
- Maintain processes and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the system.
- Manage vendor partner relationships including task management and overseeing support hours.
- Manage internal partner relationships to support extended use of the LMS system across Mercury global regions and Brunswick divisions.
- Maintain and create reports from the LMS system and on LMS-based data to provide visibility into the training program's effectiveness.
- Continually evaluate the LMS system to plan, prioritize, and execute enhancements, updates, upgrades, integrations, and development.
- Implement and follow a strategic enhancement process inclusive of testing, development, and communication.
- Develop processes and documentation for LMS system support.
- Manage and support users of the LMS system.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related discipline plus 2+ years in a Learning Management System.
- Experience managing and/or supporting a Learning Management System.
- Knowledge of LMS technical logic and integration.
- Basic knowledge of E-learning design software and SCORM.
- Experience working in and managing a support ticketing system.
- Experience managing and collaborating with vendors and business partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP SuccessFactors or similar LMS experience.
- Experience creating and executing strategic project plans and processes.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to shift priorities based on the current business needs and to make progress on multiple, concurrent projects.
- Ability to meet aggressive timelines.
- Ability to develop and manage plans for simple, complex, and ambiguous projects.

Working Condition:

- Hybrid working environment (2-3 days in office)
