Bim Coordinator

**Job Description**:
Preparation of Coordinated internal and external drawings by following BIM scope requirements specific to the contract and field requirements for the installation of electrical work by performing the following:
**Duties**:

- Attend project coordination meetings with other subcontractors.
- Create Priority List of Coordination Task by following the GC Schedule.
- Working with Sr. Coordinator to ensure all deliverables meet deadline requirements.
- In conjunction with foreman and project manager, create 3D coordination drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Work with Prefab and Electrical Design Department to prefabrication spools for conduits, panels, etc.

Qualifications:
Experience with the following BIM softwares:

- Revit
- Bluebeam
- AutoCad

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
