**Requirements**:
- Experience as a Business Analyst of 1+ years in ad tech OR experience in technical support or account management in ad tech of 2+ years.
- Knowledge of the AdTech/Programmatic/OpenRTB, including advertising platforms, supply platforms, and ad exchanges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in creating and maintaining tech/feature/product documentation.
- Understanding of gathering the requirements to design detailed feature descriptions for tech team implementation.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analytics and ad tech.
- Willingness to work on product development and improvements.
- English: Upper-Intermediate and above, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of Atlassian instruments (Jira, Confluence) is a must.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and prioritize new features and enhancement requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements. Create and describe features from scratch and work with existing feature improvements/change requests.
- Conduct in-depth product research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies within the ad tech domain. Share the vision.
- Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategic plans based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Participate in customized features upsell to customers based on their product needs.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.
