**Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury** is seeking tech savvy, energetic product knowledge specialists to join our team As a full-time BMW Product Genius, you'll be promoting our brand's unique technical offerings to clients and colleagues alike. This is not a sales position and no previous automotive experience or knowledge required - we'll provide the training

Responsibilities will include:

- Informing clients on product specifications of all BMW products and features
- Conducting the needs analysis together with the client
- Supporting the Client Advisor during the sales consultation
- Being the main point of contact for the client to answer questions about products (including usage and function)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Superior client relations skills
- Self-motivated with an outgoing, energetic personality
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience in retail strongly preferred, but not required
- Must be available weekends
- Must have valid Driver's License
