**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor injection molding machines. Trained in mold prep. Repairs and maintains electrical, machanical, hydraulic and cooling tower systems. Has worked with 70-400 ton machines.
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic maintenance on machines
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:
Certified Safety Trainer for Fork Lift, Lock out/Tag out systems.
- Previous experience in injection molding, plastics extrusion, or plastics blow molding
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery like lathe and press brake machine
- Knowledge of fabricating techniques for plastics

**Nice-to-have Skills**:

- Experience with quality inspection processes
- Familiarity with working on various types of molds and set up molds. Capable machinist when needed.
