In Home Caregiver

As a Caregiver with FirstLight Home Care of Malvern, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to our clients in their daily activities. You will help with tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. Most importantly, you will provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, fostering a sense of dignity and independence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living spaces.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversations to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team to ensure the highest quality of care.

- Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience required - we will provide comprehensive training and support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
