Responsibilities:

- Create/Write programs and initiate run-off on robotic weld cells utilizing touch sense and through arc seam tracking
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement New product and legacy product.
- Perform root cause analysis in programs, robot weld machines and assist in fixture modification/design.
- Read and interpret blueprints for weld requirements.
- Train robot technicians.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Robot Programmer (at least 5 years) with weld experience
- Proficiency in robot programming with Fanuc
- Fluency with using three point touch sensing and through arc seam tracking
- Working knowledge and experience with WeldPro offline programming software (or similar software)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
