Job Title: Pool Attendant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Pool Attendant to join our team at Slam Pool Management. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the pool area. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

**Duties**:

- Monitor the pool area
- Check water chemistry and record readings at least every two hours.
- Empty the trash ans clean bathrooms.
- Straighten up pool furniture.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Assit the association collecting guests fees and monitoring membership upon request.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing pool equipment
- Coordinate and oversee poolside events and activities
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise among guests in a professional manner
- Other duties as necessary to ensure the success and safety of the pool.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred
- Lifeguard certification is a Plus but not required.
- Experience working with children is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with the public
- Knowledge of events management and coordination
- Conflict management skills are essential
- Background in theater or resort guest services is advantageous
