**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions into existing systems.
- Develop comprehensive SOP documentation outlining processes, workflows, and best practices and regularly review/update SOPs.
- Administer Asana workspace, manage user permissions, and provide guidance/training on Asana usage.
- Oversee Acumatica ERP system maintenance, upgrades, and modifications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline business processes and maximize ERP functionality.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, communicate objectives, and monitor progress.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software implementation or IT-related projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Asana.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica, NetSuite) and their integration within organizational workflows is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
