**Duties**:

- Assist residents with daily activities such as supervision ofchildren/ youth, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
- Ensure residents' rights and dignity are respected at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary

Qualifications:

- Experience in caregiving, childcare, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Understanding of resident rights and advocacy
- Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Experience in care for children with behavioral difficulties is a plus
