**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and Inspection: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient space utilization.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company standards and customer requirements.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move products safely within the warehouse.
- Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with the shipping team to schedule and oversee the dispatch of orders.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of inventory movements, order processing, and shipment details.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with team members to meet daily operational goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work well in a team setting.
