**Job Title: Part-Time Cookie Crew Member**

**Location: Mrs. Fields Cookie Store, Westfield Oakridge Shopping Center, San Jose, CA**

As a Part-Time Cookie Crew Member at Mrs. Fields, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a memorable experience. Your main responsibilities will include baking and decorating cookies, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. We are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals who are excited to be part of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bake, decorate and prepare cookies and other items according to Mrs. Fields recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, greet customers warmly, offer them samples and assist them with their orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the kitchen and cleaning areas.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Stock display cases with freshly baked goods.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Be enthusiastic and have a good attitude.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask effectively, stay organized, and work with limited supervision.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
