The NAC AQUATICS Program is looking for high energy swim instructors for our indoor program The NAC Instructors are the face of the aquatics department.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships, provide guidance and service to all members and clients.
- Learn and identify member's goals, educate how their expertise will help them, sell lesson services.
- Create unique exercise programs for each individual client based on their needs and likes.
- Help clients develop strong swim skills.
