Overview:
**Job Title: Junior Retail Merchandiser**

**Status: Limited hours-Project based**

**Pay rate: $16-18/hour.** **Note that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and/or geographic location.

**Job Summary**:
A Junior Merchandiser works with one or more of Winston’s clients to support their on-floor presence by expediting stock to the selling floor. The key focus will be product placement, replenishment, and recovery by following a visual directive and guideline. You will be required to provide photos and reports for each visit communicated via Winston’s proprietary web-based store visit reporting site - Wintell. In this position, you will work independently or as part of a team, as requested.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as well as stand on your feet for an entire shift

Qualifications:
**Experience Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience within a department, specialty, or retail store
- Previous work as a stock or sales associate with an apparel, accessory, or footwear company
- Ability to read and execute project directives and substitute products when necessary
