Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Consultant to join our team. As a Roofing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing accounts, analyzing the market, and driving business development. This is an outside sales position that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in the roofing industry
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand and explain complex roofing systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- in English and Spanish is a plus
