We empower people with developmental disabilities through vocational, educational, recreational, and residential programs to live their best lives. **Orchard Village is seeking a full-time Vocational Specialist to join our team**

**Vocational Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Manage a caseload and provide individualized person-centered support in the following vocational areas:

- Pre-vocational support, career counseling, job search techniques, interviewing skill development
- Job development and job placement in the community
- Job retention and job coaching services
- Job accommodation recommendations and referrals
- Community resource coordination.

**Vocational Specialist Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation counseling, psychology, social work or related field desired
- Two years working in vocational/residential with people with developmental disabilities preferred. Sales experience desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Personal vehicle required
