**Job Overview**:
Realicore Real Estate Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing residential properties. We are looking for someone who wants to grow in the real estate industry and provide excellent customer service to our property owners and their tenants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare vacant properties for lease
- Take photos and create/manage online listings
- Prescreen tenant applicants according to our criteria
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available units
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting background checks
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants regarding property features, rental rates, and lease terms
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Address tenant concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient operations and tenant satisfaction
- Deliver notices to existing tenants
- Utilize our landlord and tenant portal to manage leasing activities and maintain accurate tenant records

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a leasing, real estate or customer service role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve with diverse individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Building and maintaining positive relationships is a must
- Excellent phone etiquette and conflict management abilities
- Knowledge of leasing contracts is a plus, but not required (This role is approximately 70% meeting/talking to people and 30% paperwork)
- Proficient in organization, using your calendar to follow up and set appointments and organization of documents.
- Basic understanding of real estate law and regulations is a plus

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (This position requires frequent travel between properties in the Inland Empire)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent
- In college or working on your real estate license is a plus

**Optional**
- Real Estate License (We can pay more if you have a license)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of the following programs: Asana, Buildium, MLS, Dropbox

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
