**Job Summary**
We are seeking a part-time skilled mobile phlebotomist to perform in-home blood collections for patients, providing exceptional customer care.

**General Accountabilities**
- Traveling to specified locations for blood sample collection
- Verifying patient identities and gathering mandatory info
- Labeling blood samples accurately
- Transporting collected samples
- Work independently and be open to traveling long distances

**Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in blood collection
- Proven experience drawing blood samples.
- Completion of an educational phlebotomy program
- CPT licensed
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work part-time, Wednesday through Friday, 7 am - 4 pm (scheduled hours may vary).
