Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a rewarding opportunity in Osceola County, Florida? Look no further We are currently hiring RBTs to join our team in the vibrant cities of St.Cloud and Kissimmee.

**Position Details**:

- ** Location**: Osceola County, Florida (primarily St.Cloud and Kissimmee)
- ** Work Settings**: Both home-based and school-based cases
- ** Orange County School Badge**: Preference will be given to RBTs who possess an Osceola County School Badge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid RBT certification.
- Experience working with children with ASD.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Orange County schools and community resources is a plus.
