**Join Our Corporate Operations Team**

ECG’s Corporate Operations team has approximately 100 employees associated with ECG offices across the country. Team members keep the business running, manage payroll and benefits offerings, ensure deliverables are high quality, hire and train employees, market our services, streamline business processes, and much more. Corporate Operations departments include Administrative Services, Business Development, Document Production Center, Finance, Human Resources (which includes Recruiting and Learning & Development), IT, and Marketing.

**Your Opportunity with ECG: Digital Marketing Manager**

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Strong organization and proven project management skills with the ability to think strategically but work tactically in a dynamic environment and successfully operate on a wide range of topics and projects simultaneously
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and outstanding time management skills
- Great creativity, communication, and presentation skills

**Your Responsibilities May Include**:

- Developing and executing overarching website strategy, user experience and brand on ECG’s websites.
- Tracking, reporting, analyzing, and taking action on website analytics in conjunction with campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
- Establishing best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing effectiveness.
- Sharing up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
- Creating standards and principles to govern digital services and support experience.

**Our Expectations of You**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, advertising, business, or relevant field
- 5 or more years of experience in digital, social, web marketing
- B2B marketing background and experience
- Experience using marketing automation, data analytics, digital tools, and project management tools - CMS, Google Analytics, Marketo, Dynamics, RoboHead, etc.
- Experience leading engagements with marketing agency partners
- Understanding of websites / ecommerce platforms / UX and UI and proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- TRAVEL: Some domestic travel (10-20%) may be required for internal meetings

**Job Locations**

Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, San Diego, Seattle, St. Louis, Washington, DC, or remote

**Schedule**

Full time/exempt; **6-month temporary position**

**What You Can Expect of Us**

The estimated salary for this 6-month temporary position is $50,000. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. There are no benefits included under this employment opportunity.
