**Responsibilities**:

- Designs a variety of marketing and promotional projects including print, digital, web, signage in collaboration with our marketing team
- Assist in developing and improving our brand concept for marketing projects
- Ensures that all creative deliverables uphold expected quality standards
- Estimates timelines and meets deadlines on assigned projects
- Manages and maintains digital and graphic files, including photos, logos and art in standard formats and filing structure
- Works collaboratively with our marketing manager
- Contributes to a team environment that promotes continual creative improvement and a culture of innovation
- Stays current on trends and developments in digital and print design
- Seeks leadership opportunities by providing direction and feedback to team members and collaborating with team leader

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design highly preferred
- Experience in advertising/design agency environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign and Photoshop
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff; ability to forge trusting relationships within a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise and professional manner
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment, and ability to work independently and prioritize work
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Bilingual: Korean/English preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
