**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavioral therapy techniques to support their growth and progress. **Duties**: - Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with developmental disabilities. - Implement behavior management strategies as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Record and analyze data on client behavior. - Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. - Assist in the development of social, communication, and daily living skills. - Support clients in various settings, including home, school, or community environments. **Experience**: - Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. - Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques is a plus. - Ability to analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions accordingly. - Knowledge of medical records management related to behavioral health services. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages.
