**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise and lead a small crew of other Fine Gardeners. Record daily progress.
- Perform planting and maintenance of beautiful landscapes and gardens with our team. This involves caring for perennials, shrubs, and small trees...pruning, weeding, dead-heading, edging, and sometimes mulching. Creative outdoor container planting is a steady component of our work. Note: there is NO lawn maintenance involved.
- Use horticulture skills to monitor & assess plant health, and make recommendations for actions to be taken when needed
- Maintain professional communication with clients and peers
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Tracking time spent at each client’s property & materials used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and company vehicle

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Enjoy working outdoors and be capable of handling physical demands
- Ability to pay attention to detail, work efficiently, and take pride in your work
- Responsible, reliable, and respectful
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well with others
- Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record, and provide your own transportation
- Know how to speak English and be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and Work Drug Free

**EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance
- Strong knowledge of plant identification landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary. Ability to work well with a team

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
