**RN Supervisor**

**Full Time, Permanent Opportunity**

**7:00 pm - 7:00 am - (3 Days per Week, No Weekends)**

**Elm Terrace Gardens**

**Lansdale PA**

We are growing and seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team.

Elm Terrace Gardens is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of Lansdale PA.

Full Time: 7:00pm-7:00am

**Bi-Weekly Schedule is as follows**:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 7 pm - 7 am - the **1st week**

then

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 7 pm - 7 am - the **2nd week**

**then schedule continues to alternate** back and forth in the same pattern indicated above.

**NO WEEKENDS**

$43.00-$45.00/hr., plus Shift Differential, plus benefits

**RN Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Administer medications and wound treatments
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- Supervise LPN's, CNA's on your shift

**Experience and Skills**:
**Qualifications**:

- RN license in good standing **in the state of PA**:

- Manager experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability and commitment to work as part of a team to provide excellence of care

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift

**Weekly schedule**:

- Rotating Evening Schedule is: Weds., Thurs., Friday **1st week,** THEN, Mon., Tues., Weds. the **2nd week**, then continues to rotate to Weds, Thurs, Fri., etc.
- NO weekends

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Lansdale, PA 19446: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Required Experience**:

- Nursing: 2 years (preferred)

**Required License/Certification**:
RN (required)
