Weekend Care Aide

We are looking for someone to assist with our twin daughters who have cerebral palsy. The job includes bathing, dressing, grooming and some light housework. It is an ideal position for someone in college who wants to earn money at the weekends. We need someone who is physically fit and on the tall side as wheelchair transfers require lifting from bed to wheelchair to bath seat (the girls weigh 115 pounds). The job is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m on Saturday and Sunday one weekend, and the following weekend would be a full day shift from 9 a.m.Saturday and overnight to 10 or 11 p.m. on Sunday. The applicant will be working with a co-worker as we have 40 year old twin daughters.
Experience is an advantage, and pay can increase after a 3 month period. Health insurance, unemployment insurance, paid time off are included in the benefit package.
