**Responsibilities**:
Plan and Execute Activities: Develop and implement a variety of age-appropriate sports activities and games to teach campers the fundamentals of different sports.

Skill Development: Foster a positive learning environment where campers can develop their skills, confidence, and love for sports.

Safety First: Ensure the safety and well-being of campers during all athletic activities, following camp protocols and guidelines.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other specialists and counselors to create integrated, multidisciplinary camp experiences.

Communication: Keep campers and their families informed about daily activities and progress through effective communication.

Positive Role Model: Serve as a positive role model for campers, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and a healthy, active lifestyle.

Elmwood is a children’s day camp located in Westchester, NY, in a beautiful wooded residential section of White Plains. As a part of the Elmwood team, staff members are sure to enjoy the challenges, triumphs, responsibilities, rewards and fun that make up each day. We believe that in the process of making Elmwood “a great place to be me” for each camper, our staff members find that they too are in “a great place to be me”. We have a high energy and friendly staff.

Camp Dates: June 27th - August 22nd (closed July 4th and 5th)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
