Officer in Charge

SVT GRUPPE INC, a Protective Services and Transportation Agency, is seeking outgoing, ambitious, dependable and motivated Office Dispatch/Schedule Monitors. We have immediate full-time swing and grave shifts available, (must be 18 or older).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May Include but are not limited to):

- Officer In Charge:

- Monitor the schedule
- Monitor those officers on shift
- Help staff uncovered shifts
- Take client calls
- Discipline officers as needed
- Write/edit reports
- Other duties as needed
- Cover posts and patrols as needed

Qualities/Skills Needed:

- Work in a fast paced environment
- Customer Service
- Able to adapt to change
- Follows direction
- Willing to learn
- Must have valid Driver's License and be able to provide current MVR
- Must have California BSIS issued guard card
- Training for assigned positions will be provided

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Education:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- Security Guards: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Guard Card (required)
- Driver's License (required)
