**About Us**:
Younger Services, a growing commercial construction contractor in District Heights, MD that services the Washington DC and Baltimore Metro Areas. Our office is located in District Heights, Maryland and applicant will be expected to report to office daily.

We are seeking a motivated Project coordinator to assist our Project Teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Manager with project submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and tracking of each
- Participate in subcontractor meetings (teleconference/in-person)
- Support project management team with monthly billings
- Track/manage long lead materials, equipment, inventory
- Assist with RFIs, ensuring timely resolutions
- Help develop project schedules of values
- Maintain up-to-date records, ensure data accuracy
- Contribute to project plans development/maintenance
- Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, stakeholders
- Support company policies, procedures, safety regulations
- Assist with progress updates/reporting
- Perform additional tasks/responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- No college degree required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be highly organized and enjoy "getting things done"
- Ability to report daily to office in District Heights, MD
- Must be a good multi tasker with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks at one time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
