Meat Wrapper

Responsibilities:

- Wrap and package meat products according to company standards and customer requests
- Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selections and answering any questions they may have
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of the meat products
- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and objectives

**Skills**:

- Basic math skills for weighing and pricing meat products accurately
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and cuts of meat is a plus
- Sales skills to effectively communicate with customers and upsell products
- Cash handling experience for processing customer transactions
- Familiarity with restaurant or retail math calculations
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
