**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Participation in Agency Finance loan pre-screen functions
- Developing market and deal analyses to help make credit and underwriting decisions
- Analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, and third party reports
- Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
- Examples of demonstrated leadership and team-oriented traits
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience

- At least 1 year of Agency screening or underwriting experience
