Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage logistics effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule transportation services.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Set up new drivers and complete new driver training, answer calls, dispatch routes and work with brokerages to cover excess loads.
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and schedules
- Maintain driver paperwork, safety check and insurance.
- Track, enter, and field communications regarding cart pick up.

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong customer experience skill.
- Data entry and administration work.

Qualifications:

- Experience in dispatching.
- Knowledge of transportation and systems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly.

Must be able to work extended hours during our busy season. Some Saturday work required in April and May.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
