Scheduling Coordinator/project Facilitator

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain & update servicing schedules.
- Verify the availability of applicable resources.
- Confirm appointments and arrange a location.
- Manage & confirm appointments.
- Document scheduling process.
- Provide regular updates to all stakeholders as necessary.
- Provide support to the Team as needed.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Eligible to work in the US.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

*Associate's Degree preferred.
- Minimum six months of related experience in scheduling, call center or dispatching fields.
- Ability to read and interpret standard company/industry documents & instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Experienced in common commercial software programs (MS Office, Adobe, etc.).
- Available to occasionally work a non-standard/after-hours shift after completing the Initial Employment Period (IEP).
- **This is an on-site position with hours of Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm in Dulles (Sterling), VA.**_
- **The hourly rate of pay is $18.00.**_

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- Appointment scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
