Field Marketing Representative

As a Field Marketing Representative (FMR) in your market, you will be asked to integrate and grow our brand into your local community by creating authentic and meaningful experiences through on/off premise activation and event programming.
You should be passionate about creating unique, meaningful experiences in your local market. You’re comfortable working with your local distributor, retailers, managers and decision makers to forge real initiatives that will have a lasting effect on the brand in the market.
**Responsibilities**
- Work alongside area market manager to develop activation strategy to support focus accounts within territory.
- Attend distributor launch meetings, educations and monthly snapshots to update local team on market level activation and activity.
- Prepare weekly snapshot reports to present to brand and sales team
- Lead distributor brand educations, tastings.
- Develop monthly brand activation calendar
- Identify sponsorships and sampling opportunities at in market lifestyle events
- Work alongside our sales team to drive and grow product velocity.
- Build POS materials and displays
- Measure month over month performance lift at focus accounts.
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years relevant field marketing experience in the Hemp/CPG industry (retail + events) in the US market.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Facility and experience with Office 365 (Word, Powerpoint) - let’s see your flex your deck making stills.
- The right attitude and a super outgoing personality - you love meeting new people enjoy galvanizing new relationships
- The ability to maintain a flexible schedule - every week can be different.
- Access to a reliable vehicle to help get you to and from accounts and activations
- A phone to communicate with accounts, brand teams, and to take photos and content while out in the field.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
